Disney's Review: "Rise of the Guardians" (4 Stars)

★★★★---I didn't expect to like it, but I loved DreamWorks new animated film, "Rise of the Guardians."  There is a very strong moral message about sacrifice in order to bring “hope, wonder, and light,” but without feeling preachy. It's also a really beautiful film to watch, and to listen to. The voices are right on, and the music is perfect. I'd heard it described as "The Avengers" for fairy tale heroes, and it's very much that as well. If you have a heart, it will move you. If you are a believer, it will affirm your faith in something greater than yourself. If you simply love animated films you won't be disappointed. Even if you are none of the above, you will still have a good time. It had no flaws, and afterwards I was glad I saw it.
